## 1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you place your order during a high-volume period (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
